The Choice and Medication website offers patient information about mental health conditions and the treatments available to help make informed decisions about choosing the right medicine. Family Nurture got a subscription to this website to be used by young people and their families accessing the clinic. Besides the consultation sessions’ information about medications, this website aims to provide adolescents, adults, families, and carers with resources and information about psychotropic medicines used to treat mental illnesses. Family Nurture wants to ensure you have access to reliable and easy-to-understand information. Please read the relevant sheets and discuss any questions with your psychiatrist.
